RETURNS
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not satisfied, we accept returns for store credit or a refund. Sale items may be returned for Store Credit Returns, must be in their original packaging. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. You must request a return authorization number within 7 days after receiving your order. Please ship the item back within 14 days after receiving your order.

A prepaid shipping label request can be made during the RA for defective merchandise only.

WHEN DOES STORE CREDIT EXPIRE?

Your store credit code is valid for up to one years from the date it was issued.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Money Order and PayPal. You can pay via checking account using PayPal.

Helen's Heart does not offer a catalog. All of our styles can be viewed and ordered on our website.

DO YOUR PRODUCTS RUN TRUE TO SIZE?

Each product is made differently, so please check with us on any sizing questions.

DOES HELEN'S HEART HAVE A STORE?

Helen's Heart currently do not have a physical store.

HOW DO I TELL IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?

Simply choose your size and color on the page. If the item is in our warehouse, you will see a message that says "In Stock: Ships next business day!"

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE US?

We ship to almost anywhere in the world! If your country is not listed on the drop down menu for country in our checkout, please contact us for help.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?

We are not currently experiencing any shipping delays on in-stock styles due to coronavirus (COVID-19). Domestic shipments normally are 3-4 working days depending on the zone.
